MEET JENNIFER

My Story

My path into this work began with a season of confusion and sudden change. What started as a few mild, unusual symptoms quickly became something much more serious after I began treatment for what I had been told was Lyme disease. Within days, I felt profoundly unwell, and life as I knew it shifted in ways I couldn’t explain.

As I continued treatment, I was told that this would all be over in a few months. But as time went on, my symptoms changed, intensified, and became harder to understand. The treatments that worked for other people didn’t work for me. I searched for answers wherever I could, working with medical specialists, naturopaths, and a wide range of practitioners. Some approaches brought temporary relief, but nothing seemed to offer lasting stability or a clear path forward.

Eventually, I discovered that mold exposure in my home was playing a significant role in my health. While seeking support for CIRS (mold-related illness), a compassionate practitioner gently introduced the idea of tending not only to my body, but also to my inner experience, my stress, my emotions, and my nervous system. It wasn’t an easy shift, but it opened a new door.

Through that process, I was introduced to the concept of limbic system impairment and brain retraining, mostly through DNRS. Slowly, things began to change. I felt hope. I started sleeping again. Moments of calm returned. I felt a growing sense of steadiness and trust in my body that I hadn’t experienced in a long time. Over time, my symptoms eased, my energy came back, and I found myself reconnecting with a sense of joy and possibility.

What I found, slowly, imperfectly, was that healing isn't about willpower. It's about safety. It's about learning to work with your nervous system rather than against it, and rebuilding a relationship with yourself that's rooted in gentleness rather than force.

Today, I feel deeply grateful for the life I live. I cherish time with my family and friends, being in nature, traveling, and the small, meaningful moments that make life feel full.

I’m passionate about supporting others who are navigating chronic illness, hormonal transitions like perimenopause, burnout, or anxiety. If you’re on a path that feels uncertain or overwhelming, you don’t have to walk it alone. I understand how complex and isolating it can be, and I offer a space where you can be met with care, respect, and compassion, just as you are.

I offer a space that is warm, unhurried, and deeply attuned to where you are right now. Whether you're at the beginning of figuring out what's happening in your body, or you've tried everything and just need someone who truly gets it, you're welcome here.

Your story is not over. There is room for hope, and for change, at your own pace. There is room for healing and recovery.

“Jennifer is an excellent coach who made me feel listened to and safe from the moment our conversation started. I walked away from our meeting with effective tools and ideas to help me in my recovery journey. Jennifer’s sense of humor and knowledge of what it takes to feel regulated throughout the day also shined through in our discussion. I would highly recommend her!”

“I was fortunate to have a very productive coaching session with Jennifer! I was feeling stuck about moving forward with something I wanted to get started on. Jennifer’s demeanor was calm and supportive as she asked enough questions to understand what I wanted to do. She then offered suggestions about how I might consider proceeding, checking in with me along the way to get my feedback. Jennifer’s encouraging, down-to-earth and respectful approach left me feeling as if I could – and wanted to – get started, which I did that night! I definitely recommend working with her.”
